Beef Pot Pie

My favorite thing to do is make fancy dishes on Christmas Day that my schedule doesn’t normally allow for.

The last two years we’ve made this beef pot pie and the leftovers don’t last long either!

Instead of their potato, carrot, & pea recommendation I just buy the 16 ounce bag of corn, carrots, & peas diced up in the freezer section to use.

Enjoy with our stew meat as it is already cut up & ready to go!
