Jackie’s Grandpa Wilson would gift his three sons a 1/2 beef or a whole pig each year for Christmas. The sons would then split that meat among their two daughters and their families.
Each time we’d have beef or pork for dinner we’d think of Grandpa. As an adult, that was the best present I could ask for. Grandpa’s goal was to fill everyone’s freezers so we could spend the money on what they wanted vs. food.

1/8th Beef Share
For those who has a small deep freezer (5cu ft minimum) our 1/8th of beef is perfect to stock up your family for the winter months. They’ll enjoy all of the cuts you see in the picture, and we’ll provide them with recipes to enjoy with the cuts. The best part, they’ll think of you every time they’re enjoying our locally raised beef for dinner.
You’ll pick this up at our farm store in December. We’ve got 1/8ths available for pick up each week of December. Click the link below and fill out the interest form (near top of the page) to reserve yours today. You’ll pay when you pick it up. You have to reserve one. You can’t just stop into the farm store to get one.
Beef Share

If your adult children are hard to buy for, consider filling their freezer for the year with our locally grown beef. They can then spend that money they’d use to buy meat on something they want.
We have 1/4 or 1/2 beef shares available that can be picked up around the week of Christmas along with availability into 2025.
